On February 17, 2026, I filed with the Federal Election Commission to run for President of the United States in 2028 as a Republican.
I want to tell you why.
I was raised by a single mother in Northeast Washington, DC — one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the country. I didn't go to college for development. I didn't have investors, connections, or a safety net. I taught myself to code and I built nine production applications with my own hands. Social media platforms. AI-powered weapon detection. Voice AI systems. Live streaming infrastructure. I built a technology company from nothing.
I'm not telling you that for sympathy. I'm telling you because it's the reason I'm running.
The people who run this country don't build anything. They make promises. They give speeches. They collect donations. And nothing changes. Your prescriptions still cost $300. Your kids still go to school with no protection. Your rent still eats your entire paycheck. Government technology still runs on systems built in the 1960s. And $70 billion of your tax dollars goes to contractors who overcharge, underdeliver, and never get held accountable.
I know how to fix that because I've spent my entire career doing exactly that — building systems that work, on time, under budget, with my own hands.
My plan is called the Federal Digital Systems Administration. It replaces the government's broken contractor model with an in-house engineering team that builds better technology for less money. It saves $35-40 billion a year. It creates 30,000-40,000 jobs across all 50 states. And every dollar saved goes directly back to you — prescription subsidies, medical debt relief, homebuyer grants, school funding, and working family tax credits.
You'll feel it at the pharmacy. You'll feel it in your kid's school. You'll feel it in your paycheck.
I'm also building AI weapon detection technology called XWD that can be deployed in every public school in America at zero cost to districts. Your children deserve the same protection as airports and government buildings. I'm going to make sure they get it.
I'm not running to be famous. I don't want to be on television every day. I don't want to dominate your news feed. I want to be the kind of president where you never really see him — you just feel him. You feel it when your life gets better, when the systems work, when the government stops wasting your money and starts working for you.
That's the presidency I'm building.
